G.3 C.18 – The House p.1

“Oh no! No no no! Guys! I found the source of this stench am not going in here. Nothing can convince me to go in this kitchen.” Garbage. Rotting garbage. Garbage that rotted, came to life again, spawned more rotting garbage that died and rotted some more. Nope! Nope nope nope.
“I found something! You guys, come quick! There’s a freaking secret door in here! This is so cool…” “What… is… this…?” How does she even? “C-coming!” Still not comprehending, Maebe follows her friend’s call down the stairs.

So glad to see the Clarkes continue! 🙂 Really looking forward to reading more about the House.

Thank you 🙂 I’ve got all the pictures as this chapter was meant to be substantially longer, but I opted to split it into two parts. Suspense and stuff! I will definitely have it out by the end of the year… Six weeks should be long enough… Hopefully…… 😀

  2. Yay! A new Clarke chapter. Oh my… is that… what’s her name’s room? I can’t wait to see what happens next!

And just out of curiosity… are you going to switch back to first person POV? Or are you staying in third person? I like it either way, I’m just curious…

I don’t know (wait, yes I do!) IS it her room?

I’m not sure how I’m going to keep writing it, for the most part, I didn’t want to do everything from Lee’s perspective because she became SO disconnected (and I couldn’t get into her head). I’m considering it for the next generation but it’s probably more a matter of what I’m reading at the time since I’ve found that it really impacts the “voice” I’m using. IF the next gen plays out how I think it will I will probably use first person at least for the first part of their generation’s chapters… But that’s a big “IF” and also “IF” I can convince my game to work again.

      Thanks for reading, as always!
